2005 WRX Wagon

-Invidia Catless downpipe
-Grimmspeed Catless Up-pipe
-Tial 44mm wastegate
-Walbro 255
-Grimmspeed 3 port ecbs
-AEM Intake

I have a boost gauge and wideband.

Starting from the STOCK turbo dynamics, Max wgdc, and int. wgdc, can anyone point me in the right direction of what to change around? Where to start?

A friend recommends I plug the top port of the EWG with the vaccum line from the intake. Grimmspeeds site suggests leaving it venting to atmosphere.

I've tried a few things. I've gotten target boost, but the wastegate is closed.

my Internal wastegate is still on, but the actuoar arm is welded, and twisted and I don't think it's opening. Should I start by getting the IWG bracket to make sure that isn't my problem?

Any help is appreciated.

What is your target boost? Is it the stock map? As for the EWG hookup I think they say to vent it to atmosphere because the vacuum from your turbo inlet would suck you EWG wide open---or at least mess with it's operation. I have never personally tuned an EWG, but with the GS EBCS on the stock WG you should start by dividing you WGDC in half--If you don't hit your target boost add in DC's a few percent @ a time....do ALOT of logging---monitor your knock and AFR's like a hawk.
