Finally getting around to actually start tuning the car - was planning on transferring the settings from the Ziggyrama Stage 1 2011 STI tune to my ROM and then work from there- noticing some very odd values in some tables in my OEM ROM in ECUFlash- most specifically "Timing Compensation A (IAT)" and "Timing Compensation B (IAT)". Compared to the 2011 map I am looking at both the axis and values are so far off they don't seem to make any sense. Can anyone look at this and let me know what is going on?

Ok - fixed the timing compensation values, and uploaded updated definition.

So if I had already made edits to those values should I start over with a fresh copy of my stock ROM?

Yes, or at least the version before you made edits to those tables. I tend to save versions as I'm going along for that reason.

EcuEdit atleast you can do a ROM compare and make it fast to swap everything over

So I used the map_compare.exe to compare the tuned Stg1 2011 map against it's own base map. Dumped the diffs into an excel sheet so I knew which tables to compare/change. Then - one by one I was copying over the axis/values to my 2012 map in ECUFlash. Is there a faster/easier way to make the settings in two similar but slightly different ROMS?

Just found another potential issue - table is "Knock Correction Advance Max Primary - Non Cruise (IAM)" - appears to have issues wih the axis being off. I didn't edit the table so I'm assuming I can continue to work on this map and make changes to this table once it's fixed - is this correct?

Edit - also same problem on "Knock Correction Advance Max Addiditve B (Knock Conditions)"

Edit #2 - I just swapped the x/y address values in the def and now it looks correct. Is this the correct solution?

I'll have a look as soon as I get a breather from work. Dammit - it looks like the last version that I worked on did not save - hence the bits and pieces that are from the base XML I used.

Ok - had a look - yes, I just swapped the axes, joys of doing this till all hours in the night!
