Just got a 2011 STI in today with this calibration. Tried modifying the AE5I910V definition file to read it. This resulted in 30-40% of the tables working, but a lot of garbage in the rest. Hopefully just a few offsets to change. Any help is appreciated.

well I talked to the owner of the car and he wants to wait a couple of weeks to see if a definition is created while he is out of town on vacation before he buys a cobb or not. thank you to all the few people that are creating these defintions for us.

Does anyone have any progress on this rom? the customer is back and he really does not want to purchase a cobb even thought we stock and tune them. If so is there any kind of timeline that these definitions usually take? can I make a donation to someone to help speed up the process? if so how much we talking to get it expedited?
thanks again for all your help

After thinking I have messed up somewhere along the lines, I believe I also have this ECU configuration. I will upload mine as well. I don't know that I did it correctly. After reading the ROM and it complaining, I hit 'define new ROM', and basically clicked through everything. It made that name up on it's own.
Again, take it for what it is worth. Feel free to contact me though with any questions.

I believe this is the reason for the new ROM. "ECM reprogram on some 2011 Outback, Legacy, and Imprezas. A modification to the ECM software logic has been developed to improve the performance of the emission control system. This software change will not adversely affect fuel economy or performance. Program #WVT-30" : http://www.cars101.com/recalls.html

Just to follow up and for anybody else out there, eminehart wrote: I just flashed a AE5I910V rom (older rom for the 2011 STI) and it worked just fine. Worked well for me too. I read about people having to reset the ECU on the new WRX configuration when flashing an older one - this one fired right up (for me at least).

So...?! You guys flashed a new ECU with the older ROM as-is...?! And the ECU just swallowed it and it fired fine...?! Maybe I'm missing something here... Got a friend with an STI USDM 2011, ID: AE5IB00V... Same thing as the rest, 30-40% similar def, the rest looks like garbage. Can I flash the AE5I910V to it and modify this ROM instead...?! Thanks!
