Not a lot is known about the per cylinder adjustment tables, but based on Bill's description it looks like it just increases pulsewidth by the percentage defined in the table. If you're looking at injector flowrate as a logarithm I'd assume it would just move the entire curve up. The tables are really there to compensate for differences between the injectors or whatever other factors would cause you to want more or less fuel in a specific cylinder. So in my opinion, no, I don't think that would be the way to do it.
I think injector scaling, latency and MAF scaling are really it for adjusting for injector flowrates. Unless someone wants to hack in a 2d injector scaling table.
