Can you at least add the definitions while we wait for the update? :-) Please? In the middle of troubleshooting now, would really help.

Well, like I said, it is not that easy and even how the definitions are handled has changed somewhat. You can log pretty much everything that LV shows you with RomRaider, with the exception of the DTCs.

While waiting for LV to be compatible with my 09 10 subarus, is there a program that will work with tactrix to read DTCs?

Does this method work on your car?

Car is more or less stock.

SPT catback, K&N Filter in stock airbox.

Any advice on where to start tweaking?

The AFR learning indicates there might be some issues with the fuel scaling: either MAF or injector.

Hrmm... Are you on the stock rom? Your AFR learning ranges A and D are pretty bad and you are showing a lot of pulled timing.

What does this tell you guys?

A/F Learning #1 A (Stored)* (%) -2.4
A/F Learning #1 B (Stored)* (%) 0.1
A/F Learning #1 C (Stored)* (%) -0.7
A/F Learning #1 D (Stored)* (%) -3.1

It tells me that your first 3 ranges are good, but you need a wb02 to make some changes to your MAF sensor scaling table in the 40+ g/s area. use the OL maf tool spreadsheet.

Or that you don't have too much to worry about there. If it was out 5% or more then maybe some scaling would be in order.

Really? I always try to have my ABC ranges within 5.0 and my D range within 0.5 . I can usually get my D range to hold 0.0 with enough maf ss work.

The negative numbers mean that it's running a bit rich when the ECU is reset, but then learns to lean it out. Better a bit rich than to lean.
Without scaling it just means that after a flash/reset some driving is required to get settled in to what is needed.
I did scale mine and I'm about -0.5 after settling.

All of a sudden I am getting a "Failed to Initialize" error when trying to run this. I have re-downloaded it and tried again and got the same thing, any ideas?

Yeah. I am thinking it may have something to do with SP3 not being installed(also giving me errors and won't install dammit!) because now I can't log with RR or flash with EcuFlash either. My old hard drive died, so everything is "fresh" just not working. Does LV require SP3?

If you recently reinstalled windows, you'll need to download and install .net 2.0. There's a link in the first post of this thread or you can update it from within windows update (optional update).

hi,
new here, need help.
thanks to merchgod for all the hard work.
2007 USDM legacy gt specb, windows xp sp3, lv0.6a - i can log the car with both romraider and accesstuner race,
but lv says that my ECU is not supported - see attachment.
i reviewed the thread quickly and from what i understand i need to uninstall the accessport and download my stock rom,
as explained here: http://www.romraider.com/Documentation/ ... rFAQ#toc15
then post my rom in here: forum8.html and
ask for ecu definitions?
can someone give me a general idea how long it will take - 2-4-6-8 weeks or more - my car is running on a safe map, and
i need to decide if i should look for alternate solutions.

thanks in advance for any help
g
