Ok, please don't flame. I may wind up being in a video with some of my friends. I would like to adjust my tune so the car looks like it has an ALS. I want it to backfire between shifts, on decel, etc. It doesn't need to be as intense as a real ALS, as it's just for show.

Where should I start with this. So far, I've only tuned for increased performance, and only made minimal adjustments to the stage 2 rom on this forum. Thanks for the info.

Is this even possible in 32-bit?

Although your total timing is a mess I would try in the left most column (0.22 g/rev) from 2400 rpm row up to have 0 ignition advance. Remember to also remove the 8 degrees of kca. Then I would go to your open loop fueling table left most column and put 9 from 2500 up. In (my) theory that should mean a lot of fuel and ignition more or less when the exhaust valve is open.

Then I would be scared to drive the car. :D

I take no responsibility and I have no idea if this would work but it sure will be dangerous and it will probably make a lot of noise when you let off the gas at higher rpm...

I'm not sure if you can retard the timing that much, I remember reading that you can enter any number in timing table but there is a limit defined within the ROM? Not sure if this is correct though :?:

A lot of people here in the UK ask their tuners to add pops and bangs on lift off (not ALS) - I've not really looked into what changes they make but it works

change the first column of base timing (lowest load figure) to 5 degrees and make sure the knock correction advance table is also zero'd out of the first lowest load column. when decelerating from any speed with a very slight pedal depression, pops, bangs and the rapture come knocking.

I was try this. Not much pops and bangs, only a little in 1st gear at 3000-4000 rpm. Poor backfire. And in other gear 3,4,... A little.

I don't have the pc now.
In timing column in 0.25g/s i put 0 degres in 2500 to 7000 rpm
In open loop fuel in 0.25g/s i put 9 in 2500 to 7000 rpm

I can try -5 degrees?

I can try in the 0.45g/s column?

Thank you
