I'm trying real hard to understand all this stuff
and its coming slowly. I'd like to decrease my air flow in my maf scale as learned air/fuel 1 @ 5.60 - 10.00 is 1.86% also the 10.00 - 50.00 @ 3.22% they could do with a little tweek as i'd like them slight negative and 50.00+ @ 0.88% would be good at 0% but not to concerned its pretty dam close.

Am I right in thinking my Air fuel learning is incresing fuel by 1.86% between 5.60g/s - 10.00g/s to get closer to stoich, so to lower airflow on maf scale would richen the fuel up and the 1.86% reading should go down (Is that correct?)

If some one could give me some help on where the change would be needed in the maf scale and how they no where, it would help me understand better. I love this stuff .

Honestly, your learned AF numbers are pretty good. Within plus or minus 5 is typically OK, with AF learning #4 being the exception (you want this as low as possible). You could try running the MAF scaler tool within RomRaider, that may get you closer to zero values, but honestly, they will move around depending on what fuel your car gets.

Thank you for your help, thought I was going to get ignored.

I have been using Enginuity & now Romraider, I can log and every thing except when I select the Maf tool and injector tool nothing seems to happen, all defs are upto date, I can see i'm connected properly and that my car is talking to my pc, do you have to drive around a while before you see any data when using maf tool and do I need to adjust any thing in the left hand column. Its ok up and running now.

I appreciate your time, Thx Nate

Would you mind letting me no if I was right about the adjustment in Maf scale, ie to bring down the percentage on Air fuel learning you would adjust down the air flow g/s in the maf scale.
If I no if i'm right or wrong it will help me learn. Really want to understand this stuff. Have bought books etc and yet still find it quite difficult.

Your learning view looks fine. It is odd not to see at least one blip in the learned timing, though. Have you been running the car for at least a week and beating on it a bit since the last reflash or ECU reset?

It is possible your fine or coarse learning load and/or RPM ranges are set too narrowly to pick up knock. Your fine learning should extend at least to max load you see and ~6500 rpm.

Hi Freon
The cars been running for months to a from work since the last reset, also did a 100 odd mile round trip two days before I took that snapshot. I run the car on Shell V-power 99ron and she always gets a good thrashing
She max's out @ 1.4bar dropping to 1.3bar higher up the rev range and does she go, seeing really low 4sec 0-60mph runs on my G-tech rr
my AEM uego Wo2 shows 14.7 +/- @ idle and normal running, dropping to 10.5 under full boost at WOT, A little rich, would like it around 11.5 @wot.

My map is relatively stock accept a slight boost increase, fuel increase.
Would you like a copy of my map to look at.

Oh 90eclipsegsx thx but already got that, Thank you anyway.
