I know tinywrx's launch control is the widely used patch, but at his website, the page cannot be found to download the patch (2003 usdm wrx).
Is there any way someone could email me the patch or post it up here?

It is working fine, I just tested it.

You have to register on his site.

Then for the free patches, after you "buy" and "checkout" you get an email with a time-sensitive download link.

And very nice these are aswell
