Sorry, but your question is absurdly general. You need to read some tutorials and books about tuning, at least to ask the right questions.

Or post the logs so other, more experienced users can help you out. This is a community and we can all benefit from the knowledge of others!

Always loved how some members are towards new members looking to learn - totally awesome effort, great help

As mentioned by nfn15037, it is prolly best for you to post your log for others to analyse for you - they will then tell you what is bad and what needs to be corrected. but BEFORE you post your logs, make sure you are logging the correct parameters. Read the FAQ HERE and then post the csv log files in a new thread with relevant info as per the FAQ.

Hope this helps - and welcome :)

Your logs are the data that you compare against what is programmed in your ECU.

Are you familiar with databases like SQL? The tables inside the ECU are similar. Most have one axis for load or throttle position, and the other for RPM. The values in the cells between the two axis are the targets your ECU is trying to achieve for the various conditions of each axis.

For example, to read the open loop fueling table, you would say "for a load value of X, at an RPM of Y, the target AFR is Z."

"Good values" are when your log data matches up perfectly with the targets in your ECU's tables. You figure out what the optimal targets are for your car through trial and error.

He cross posted the exact same post in a couple forums at openecu.org and evolutionm.net. I think telling him to do some research before embarking on the rather long journey to answer his question is good advise. At least read the FAQs on the left bar of this very site, maybe google it; I don't know, just don't post the same general question to a bunch of forums. :?

It would have taken you the same effort to write more helpful info for him/her to follow. A blunt response is not the best approach for dealing with new members IMO.

A simple, polite response with directions to the FAQ is much more helpful ;)
