Will changing the O2 sensor scaling table allow O2 A/F readings richer than 11.15 or would it do nothing at all or even worse... mess up the closed loop fueling completely??
I am attempting to change the O2 scaling table to something like this:

sure it will read lower, however it wont be accurate, even less than it already is. I don't even think it will read that far without damaging the sensor, that is a huge increase in Milliamps over stock values...

hmm.. yes, you are correct about the over current problem. Didn't notice that at first, thanks for bringing it up. I'll just limit it to around 1.6mA then.
Accuracy wise, I guess it is better than nothing until I can afford a proper O2 sensor. As this is a JDM Legacy where the sensor had been moved to the down pipe rather than the up pipe, it should be slightly more accurate.

rescaling the axis value in the table will not damage the sensor. The only effect it might possibly have would be to potentially read richer as long as you changed the rich limit as well.

yes, i am going to change the rich limit too.
actually, my main worry is the lower A/F reading might confuse the ECU as it might not be able to understand any value lower than 11.X thus confusing it and messing up closed loop fueling. I am guessing this should not be a problem and will give it a try later today.
Thanks for everyone's comments.

Well, you are not going to be running that rich in closed loop. If you are, then you have other problems. Besides, all you are impacting is the "a/f sensor #1" value. Make sure you log with the "a/f sensor #1 (4-byte)" parameters for the best resolution when testing the impact of your changes.
