The formula to figure load is MAF G/S*60/rpms correct? If so I'm spot on until about .2 load and slowly fall behind. At 2.3 g/rev, doing the calculation shows I should be at 2.355 g/rev
Is this normal???

Every parameter, even on the same line of the log, is not sampled at exactly the same time. Besides that, there's some loss of precision with many standard parameters and some rounding that takes place in the conversion. And besides all that, some compensations to load and airflow. So, it isn't going to exactly match.

Thanks, I was super confused. While I'm at it, could an intake that has scattered flow (AEM VAI V1) cause inconsistency even if the maf is scaled (a-d AFLC less than 1%)??? I'm trying to pinpoint some things, which is why I noticed the load thing. I'm having extreme inconsistency over short/longterm.
My a/f ratio is about 10% off from my Open Loop fuel target (CL is dead on) Injectors are stock and scaled to stock values. If I raise my MAF scaling this high, it throws my load way off. Its already scaled 4.5%, I scaled it to 10% over stock in higher regions and it only corrected A/F by about 4%.
I went back to stock box to hopefully figure out what is going on.
I guess my main question, why would an AEM CAI with an internal diameter within 1mm of the stock box need over 14% scaling to get sort of close to OL fueling target!? Do I have a mechanical problem?

is your car a 32-bit ECU? I've found those to regularly be up to 1 full AFR point different from the mapped AFR. 16-bit ECUs very often match up, within 2-4% if as much.
while tuning the AEM CAI I have found it to have some pretty wonky turbulence at low voltages. scaling the low end I tend to let it do it's thing. I've been able to get the C and D long term trims pretty dialed in, though, and it works great at WOT.
