A local member asked me to help him with his overboosting issues on his 06 WRX. We fixed that but I noticed that at high rpm, we had to run 90% WGDC to make any boost. It turns out that he was running a 5 psi actuator.
At low rpm, the exhaust gas back pressure is low enough that even with a 5 psi actuator, we can control boost. However, at high rpm, the EGBP is basically blowing open the wastegate door.
I thought I'ld post this as a learning type map.
Typically, I like to tune TD04 with a 7.5 psi actuator and a 1.0 mm restrictor pill.

We also did a road-dyno comparison against the stock rom. However, this was the second to last iteration of the rom. The current rom makes probably a few more hp.
