I'm planning a turbo upgrade and I am looking for a sample map to help guide me on boost tuning. I am currently at stage 2; TB exhaust, cross-pipe and up-pipe, fuel pump, bigger injectors, and some intake mods. I want good daily driving performance with a little more than stock HP. So, I am planning either a TD05 18G or 20G turbo.
I also plan to do my own boost tuning with either RomRaider or AccessPort Race, but will eventually get a custom tune.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I will be more specific. I ended up buying a TD06 20G turbo. I am looking for any thoughts or suggestions on boost target values, either specific or general. I am looking for good drivability since I use the car as a daily driver only. It would be helpful to have at least a starting point.
I plan to tune this by starting with 0 WGDC and slowing working up until I hit the target values, while watching fuel and knock. I have a fairly good handle on tuning fuel and ignition at this point.

Anyone?

What type of gas have you got?

Here's basically what I would run on our 92e10 here in MN:

Conservative tune: 20 PSI tapering to 18 at redline
Agressive tune: 22 PSI tapering to 18 at redline, or if the turbo liked it, 20 PSI at redline

If you've got or can find a compressor map for your turbo, that'll help you be able to nail down boost targets much better then my guessing. :D

I would set boost targets at around 18 at 3200 and 22 at 3500 and hope to get it, and begin tapering at around 5500 RPM.
