Logging runs have to be delayed, due to yet more rain. 24 hours straight, and still going...
Here is the latest learning view I pulled in the garage this morning. A little over 100 miles on it since the flash.

Right before you do a datalog, make sure you do another learning view.
Also, between now and then, make sure to coast in neutral with the air conditioning on.

Here are today's results. It finally dried out and was unseasonably cool this evening.
Temp = 60* Humidity = 35% Pressure = 30.12
I forgot the learning view before hand, so it was the last thing taken. Hope that doesn't skew any results, but they're easy enough to pull if I have to again.

Why didn't you log WBO2?
Also, it's better to report the ecu atmospheric pressure because that's what the ecu uses.

3700 RPM 4th gear pull looks like you pulled timing. Only change I see it that around then your AFRs hit low 11's. Maybe add a tad bit of fuel around there at 3.4 g/rev. Looking at your r/rev and MAF compared to my stock turbo setup, I think you've got quite a bit more in this turbo. I'd turn up the boost a couple PSI, lean things out 4000+rpm to maybe low 11's and start with the timing in the higher RPMs to chase the falling VE.

Whoops... I'm so used to seeing it at the end.

Justin, do you still want to keep the boost below 22 psi because of the stock MAP sensor? I think it can read up to 5V, but you'll need to log manifold absolute pressure (Direct). You can definitely make a lot more boost below 5200 rpm but above 6200 rpm, it'll probably be the same power whether you bump up boost or not.
Also, in the future, log knock counter instead of KC. It's a new def and it's a simpler and more reliable method of determining knock.

Thanks for the advice fellas. LC-1 should be in all of them, I just always check it first.
I know the turbo is good for it, and I'm willing to run more boost in the middle if you guys suggest it. I know the original dyno tune had 25 psi targets, but wasn't sure what the ECU was doing with them.

Try this rom.
I adjusted the Boost target and WGDC values. The timing was adjusted slightly in the 3.4 g/rev and 3400 rpm range. The MAF was adjusted to match the AFR table and the AFR table was changed to be what we want.
As before, do a partial throttle log first since the MAF scale was changed. And also do a 4th gear log from 2000 to 4000 rpm before going to redline. You want to make sure it makes sense before proceeding with a WOT log.

I'll give it a shot, thanks. Won't have any more logs until next week, though.
I'm in San Diego until Sunday. Flashed the car yesterday morning, but no time for anything else.
I did drive it a little yesterday after the flash. Part throttle seems a lot more responsive.

Mickey,
I've been comparing the roms in more detail and have a question about the MAF scaling.
I see that below 3.36 volts your g/s values are higher than what they were, but over 3.36 volts your g/s values are less.
What I was expecting to see was the whole table, or a just a section of it, modified by a certain percentage.
Can you explain the methodology behind your scaling work? This is one of those "black art" areas I'm trying to learn.

I used airboy's interpolation spreadsheet and compared AFR target to AFR actual.
It looks like in your previous tune, the AFR target was changed until AFR became close to 11.

It looks like in your previous tune, the AFR target was changed until AFR became close to 11. I was expecting a lot more hocus pocus than that...

Ok, finally able to play some more this evening. Just got home and pulled another learning view. Once it cools some more I'll install the wideband and take some logs.
Atmospheric pressure according to the ECU is 14.22 psi. Temperature according to the gauge on the dash is 71* F.
I cannot find "knock counter" in the logger, so I'm sticking with KC. Is it Knock Signal 1 and 2?
edit: Here are the first three logs. They look decent so I'll go ahead with a full 4th gear pull shortly.
edit: Here is the final log. It looks to be consistently pulling 1-2* between 3k and 5k?
