I think you still have a small leak near the front O2 sensor. I will check again but I don't think I have any leaks. The manifold / O2 wasn't touched during install. The only exhaust gaskets that changed were the top one on the UP, and the bellmouth on the DP. What else could be causing the swing in AFR learning? Snorkus delete I mentioned earlier? Stock inlet already collapsed and leaking? O2 sensor fried?

Here is the new rom I'm putting work into. I have re-scaled the load axis on these tables:
OL fueling A & B. Base Timing A & B. Timing Advance A, B, & C. Intake Cam Advance A & B.
After the changes I compared it to the dyno rom and it seems correctly translated to me. Am I safe to flash this and start re-tuning it with my LC-1?
If so should work start with the MAF scaling, or turbo dynamics & boost?
Thanks for all the help.

Your OL fueling targets look lean. I would try to scale the MAF / injectors to the point where OL fueling comes within 5% of the target and then make fine adjustments using the OL fuel table. If your "true" target AFR is 11 and your OL fuel map is 12.63 then I think that's too far off.
I would start to tune fueling using wastegate spring pressure and a partial throttle log in 6th gear (constant 50% throttle). Then work my way upwards in terms of MAFv. You can do this by running a straight hose from the compressor to the actuator to save a flash.
I'm still waiting to see a WGDC / MRP 4th gear log from 2000 to 4000 rpm.

LC-1 works!
Sorry for the delay, finally got a day with no rain and no other plans via the wifey.
Mickey here is the 4th gear log you were wanting originally. It was 69*, 42% humidity, with a baro of 30.18.
Let me know what you think, and thanks!

What is your atmospheric pressure? Can you post a learning view?
Also, what type of gas are you using?
I am very impressed with the spool. I'm positive you can improve it too, so it'll be nice to see what this thing can do.

Here is tonight's learning view.
How are you interpreting the TD values in the most recent log?
Thanks.

There's something wrong with your fueling.

Later tonight, I'll try to put together a rom that you might want to try. The fueling, I will probably just "force" it so that AFRs are what you want. You'll need to fix it later yourself.
How many miles were on your ecu when you did that 4th gear log with the LC1?
I can see why they ship it with a 15 psi actuator now. This turbo is probably better off with a EWG.

Try this map. It's completely different so drive around in closed loop for a while. Keep it under 4000 rpm and constant throttle. Check the learning view.
Then do a PARTIAL throttle log in 3rd or 4th gear. Do it from 2000 rpm to redline. Try to keep constant 50% throttle.
If that looks okay, then do a 2nd gear WOT log from 2000 rpm to redline. If that looks okay, then do a 4th gear WOT log from 2000 rpm to at least 4000 rpm.
I kept your timing and AVCS tables except I reduced timing slightly where you had the knock. Later, I'll rebuild your timing tables so that you can run stock timing below 1 g/rev. This will give you better fuel economy.

Thanks for all your work Mickey. I'll flash the rom before work this morning and go from there. Probably do the next logs Thursday night.
Do you think my MAF is off and to blame for the fueling?
The 4th gear LC-1 log was done on the re-scaled "self" map. I didn't reset the ECU since it was flashed, so it was right at a week of driving on it before the log. I'd say at least 200 miles.

BTW, when logging partial throttle, remember to log throttle.
You also might want to check out merchgod's new logger defs. They have 2 byte definitions which may increase logger resolution. For boost control, you want as much resolution as possible.
I don't know if the MAF scale or injector scaling is off. I adjusted the MAF scale. It will need to be adjusted at least 2 more times to dial in your AFR. If your latency is off, the area of the map affected will be the lower left corner (high rpm, low load).
AFter a hot start, do you smell a lot of gas? Another possibility is that the AFR Learning A is fake. It might be due to an exhaust leak near the front O2 sensor.

We got the injectors pretty close before the turbo swap. I'm sure they're not perfect but I'm leaning towards the MAF, since the arrangement did change (snorkus delete) along with the turbo install.

Oh... I must've missed the fact that you deleted the snorkus. Yeah, that can cause it.
