So what is common between these cyl's that may cause a misfire?

Car - 02 WRX Wagon, original engine with 133k miles on, 16g turbo, modded injectors (balanced/tested/cleaned by RC), perrin fuel rails, fuel pump, Typhoon intake, APS inlet, full exhaust (catless), tgv delete, phelonic spacers, FMIC and I think thats all the relevant stuff..

History. Put on the turbo/injectors/pump around March. Got to the dyno to get tuned and had a coolant leak. It went down hill quick from there. BOTH O2 sensors were apparently bad (front replaced, rear still there), they said there might of been a fuel issue, and possibly a UTEC problem.. Anyhow, UTEC is unplugged, they reflashed using romraider for the injectors but that is all the tuning/adjustments that have been done electronically. I took it home, pulled the intake manifold and did the TGV's, fuel rails, redid the injectors, fixed the coolant leak, put it all back together.

Now I have a ticking noise under low revs (only when the revs are going up or down and you can only hear it inside the car), the injectors seem to be a little noisey, and I am throwing misfire codes. I did have a boost leak, which is fixed, I cleaned the MAF, front O2 is new, no leaks that I can find anywhere.. Any ideas? questions?
