Dave is a vendor. He posted under Davenow and the offtopic mod put him in TO is all. He will never get banned from Nasioc.

It was just the offtopic mod and they are friends. Dave has been a mod in several forums there and is friends with all of the mods. No big deal, it will be lifted in no time.
