I'm going crazy lean right now around 4rpms under very little load. It was actually doing this before I made the change but it now seems worse. I'm trying to track down the gremlin. Under load it's doesn't go lean nor does it go lean if I just rev it past the 4k rpm zone. It's only happening with little load while driving.

merch, you got an idea what this might be. Unfortunately, I made several changes at once so I don't have much recourse to back track. Which table(s) would affect very low load and going lean?

How much load are you seeing when it happens? Is this when you have positive manifold pressure? What AFR?

Here's a log from UTEC. This only happens at exceptionally light throttle, no boost.

I know when I'm off the throttle my AFR can go up that high, like when coasting, and as far as I know that is normal. It looks like you are seeing that same issue with less than 20% throttle. You can try zeroing out the 3200 and 3600 rpm columns of the CL TPS and CL modified load tables and see if that does anything.

Since the UTEC is adding a gangload of timing there, why not compensate with some FUEL as well or perhaps subtract some timing from those low load situations? I also see some knock as well.

Oops, my bad guys. Some how the MAF table got reverted back to another map (similarly named) that had one of the older tables on it. I through on my other map that I had been progressing with and all is good now :D Goofy mistake. Note to self, 'don't make tuning changes while also working on the FMIC and timing belt'!

ev8siv3,

That's not knock that you see. It's due to the knock sensor sensitivity relative to the forged block set up. I actually had it set where you wouldn't see any "1's" in the map but I didn't feel comfortable doing that since I haven't tested the knock sensor to actually listen in with my own ears. Basically, I need to make a det can device. I'd rather be a little overly safe for now. Besides, I've got UTEC set to not pull timing until it sees "2's" ;)

Concerning the CL Load Bugeye table, I'll try to get some logs before and after logs by the end of the week.
