Is it possible to save the logged data collected in the MAF and/or injector scaling tabs? If not, as I think is the case, would that be something that could even be added in the future or is it impossible with the current software and how it works?

1) No, you can't do that now.
2) Yes, it could be added, because it's not impossible with the current architecture.

The reason I know the answer to #2 is that I had the same thought. A month or two ago I was looking into saving and reloading the MAF table data. I did a proof of concept on dumping the MAF table to the debug console, but the momentary slack time at work was just that: momentary.

The two possibilities that seemed most useful were to either be able to save and reload the MAF tab and the injector tab, or to be able to read a log file and populate either the MAF or injector tab, provided the log has sufficient data.

I haven't give up on this idea but the way work is going, I can't promise anything. It could be quite a while ...

Thats wonderful to hear that it is possible and I understand that its not a priority for you right now. Ill keep my fingers crossed and keep an eye out for changes in future versions of RR. I do appreciate the time you all put into this outstanding, FREE software.

I've contributed to three open source projects now. I did more here than at the other two, even though this is the one that will not help my job. Perhaps that's why I did more. Still, since I showed up, Paul (kascade) has done far more than I. Were it not for him, the latest releases would not have happened. Period.

Still, I'll take what small portion of that thanks seems appropriate. And I'll thank you for understanding that all the work here is donated.
