I just wanted to post this up as an FYI for anyone who is subject to OBD-II emissions testing. I've heard some recent reports of people failing due to readiness monitors not being set despite multiple trips and no CEL's.

I just successfully put my 04 WRX 2.5L Hybrid through Oregon DEQ.

My relevant "emissions" mods are: full catless 3", TGV-deletes (no motors/sensors), no EGT sensor (no resistor).

I have removed all TGV codes (P1086-P1097), P0420, EGT Circuit Low/High (P0545-P0546) and EGT Malfunction (P1312). I have also enabled all of the Catalyst Threshold and TGV CEL Fixes in the "Emissions" section in RomRaider. I did NOT use the Force Pass Readiness Monitors option.

I don't have it in front of me, but from what I recall, the print-out did not tell me the # of readiness monitors set. I obviously met the minimum, which is fine by me, and all of them very well could be set. I think my neighbor's got one of the fancy OBD-II scanners, I will try to borrow it if I can.

As an update, I recently put an 02 WRX with 03 JDM STi ECU successfully through Oregon DEQ :)

The car has a host of CEL's, most of which stem from the missing cam position sensor and AVCS provisions. Along with the normal catless stuff.

Used the "Force Pass Readiness Monitors", car flew through like a charm.

Thanks!
