I've got an 08 STi that I just loaded the Accessport 93 octane map. Drives well and hard, pleased with the performance.
With that said, Ive attached a couple files and a question about one of them.
Regarding the file ending in 502: as you can see at time 5800, I let off the gas and the learned ignition timing (or what Cobb calls dynamic advance) drops down to -.5 and then -1.5 briefly. Since the car is not under much load is this normal? Anything to be concerned about?
I also attached another file displaying what to me at least, looks very healthy (minus maybe the IDC).
Please post your comments, Thanks, Chris

learning ignition timing is only useful if you know what advance is called for. Plus, it does not include FBKC like KCA does (for obvious reasons since the parameter is named "learned" -> it is (advance * IAM) + FLKC). I wouldn't worry about negative values at low load. They are only obvious because they are negative and they are only negative because there's likely 0 "dynamic advance" at those loads so any negative correction results in a negative value.

when colby of ecuflash comes out with the new can cable and we start getting some 08 STi ROMs, I'll be able to add the extended parameters to RomRaider's logger defs. So, even if you only plan to log only, you'll be able to get a better picture of what is going on without having to see the actual tune.

Cfar, do you have any more logs you can share?
A 4th gear log from 2000 rpm to 4000+ rpm would be nice to see.
Next time, don't log AFR #1 (lambda) or Knock Signal 1. They aren't very useful and just reduces resolution.
