A friend of mine has an ADM 06 Forester XT with full STI drivetrain (engine, gearbox, etc) but still the original XT ECU (A8DH100M). Because the XT had all that secondary air pump emissions gear and the sti motor doesn't we disabled all the associated DTC's and thought everything was good. Unfortunately though he kept getting a recurring CEL that came back after every reset.
I finally had the chance to read it out with my trusty ScangaugeII yesterday and it turned out to be a P1410. After loading the rom in romraider I found that P1410 was labeled as being a "Fuel tank pressure system malfunction". I didn't want to disable it if it was a real error so I did some more searching and came across this thread

To cut a long story short - which is correct?
