To play safe, usually I still copy reference tables to a new ROM despite knowing they could be from same year with same ECUID.

It will be good to have pre-defined copying tasks..e.g copying timing, afr, boost, wastegate....closeloop, knock control...etc at one go instead of copying table by table.

1)Pick ROM type to copy, e.g 16bits wrx ROM structures.
2) Define which tables to copy.UI .something similar to the table compare between ROM function.
3) Save your definition for future use.
4) Invoke batch processing..
select source rom and target rom and GO..
