technosquare is not a tuning solution. It's a black box reflash and as an owner of the Z, it makes me uneasy to shell out that much cash for something like this and wonder what was changed. Come on guys, we need Z tuning solution!!!!

According to a Cobb Tuning press release from the 2007 SEMA at http://www.cobbtuning.com/info/?id=3722&rsku=0:
Quote:
AccessPORT release for 2004-2006 Nissan 350Z and G35 is set for the Christmas season
It appears they've missed their deadline. I'm shocked.

Edit: Oh wait. Cobb didn't actually specify a year in the press release. So maybe they're right on schedule.

Haltech Platinum. (edit) They 'are' available for 2003-2006 (just not 07+ yet). Comes with on-board MAP or an external one can be used. Software is phenominal. The sky is the limit as far as tuning capability.

Ya I'm with you on this one. The user tuning scene for the newer Nissan vehicles is pitiful compared to some of the older Nissan cars (i.e. 300z) with the likes of Rom Editor. I'm mainly interested in doing some tuning for my Titan but I think the 350z and Titan may be similar. At least I'm hoping. I'm used to free or almost free tuning! :)

I do have a stock ROM file for an '04 Titan if anyone wants to take a looksie and you can download ROM files directly from Nissan Tech for other cars. There is a small fee for this (~$20 per file). Not sure where to go from there as I've been on this "project" off and on again for about a year.

Any ideas welcomed.
