Stock Oxygen sensor vs Wideband

Hey Guys:

Sometime back, I saw a couple post on Nasioc comparing the stock Oxygen sensor compare to a wideband. I think it was an LM1.

Can someone direct me to that pic or post it up?

I know my friend Ziggyrama (both here and on NASIOC) posted something about the comparison. We fooled around with the logging def for the LM-1 to get it to match the stock front O2 sensor one day. He had his LM-1 wired into the fuel level sensor with a switch so that it could be logged in RomRaider. Can't find the post though.

Is this a mod we should all make to our o2 scaling? I have an 07, would it be different?

check that table on your MAP. On a 2.0WRX, the table is completly different.

IIRC, the cars with 16 bit ecus use a different front O2 sensor than the cars with 32 bit ecus. The new ones are referred to by Denso as "Planar Wideband."

The table in my 05 LGT rom matches the Denso plot but it doesn't account for the fact that the front O2 sensor is in a high exhaust pressure region.
