Hi,
I did a check on Euro MY05 A4TE300D and USA MY05 A4TF800F wrx Close Loop table. There is difference on the table format.

On Euro Model
Close loop delay-is a single value table with default of 0 with label of Table-A.. whereas US model is an arrange with 16 values..all together 4 tables(A ,B ,C and D)

Is this normal ? Or definition is not complete.
Doing the same check..The rest of Euro model.MY04,MY03 all have single Delay value.

No, it is correct. It is a single value of zero. These rom versions with a single delay value are used on some of the non-usdm models (i.e., they wanted the fuel map to determine the CL\OL transition and were not constrained by emission standards).
