Is the car pulling a few degrees of timing throughout the entire rpm range?

'02-'05 WRX (16bit ECU) show a ~2* difference due to two of the cylinders running a slight timing retard.

man, I've never gotten a similar 2.0L to run this kind of timing.
On 91 octane at 1200 ft elevation, 19 psi relative, I usually get away with 10-11 degrees at peak tq rising to maybe 20 at redline, that's if I'm lucky.
