Eh the 17s are ok, but the tire selection kind of sucks. My track wheels are 18s, just so i can run a 275 tire and not have a monster truck sidewall.

17 or 18 shouldn't matter that much on what you can fit, nor on total sidewall height if you pick the right parts. It will affect what your aspect ratio is, but you don't "see" the aspect ratio from the side of the car, just actual sidewall height. The tire is going to rub before the wheel ever does unless your wheel is way too wide for the tire.

It does matter when it comes to tire selection for me. I'm looking for the best turn-in, with the most feed back. I personally think a 275/35/18 will perform better for my needs then a 275/40/17 even though they do have the same overall diameter. That marginal difference in sidewall stiffness makes the car handle differently. I've played with different sidewalls during testing, and i never liked the sloppy delayed feeling some tires give.

275/40/17

-disregard the tire, I mounted it for testing

lovin' the no wheel gap.

I think you might be able to fit a larger intercooler in there, who needs a bumper cover! That stupid front plate is killing your remote free area.

lol I dont think its an issue. the intercooler core measures 24x12x4. Its for a 1,000 horsepower supra setup. The inlet/outlet holes are 3.25". I'm using well less than half its capacity. I hate the plate but I keep getting bothered by the cops without one...

Mike, you should relocate the front plate to one of the open fog light areas just so we can see all of that HUGE core!

Thinking about it... it looks sick without the plate, but the cops havent been so nice to me lately... thats why its right where its supposed to be in the stock holes...

Here's a couple from the fall with no plate..
