ok guys, i have a 05 saab 92x swapped with 04 sti wiring, ecu, and motor. currently stage 2 with a FMIC, intake, full exhaust, open source tune, etc. the car has been running fine for 10k miles under my watch in its current state ( longer before i owned the car) . this means that the parts work together, and its not a compatibility problem.
recently i've been having trouble with my car stalling out or sometimes not holding an idle, and dying.
i was out tuning tonight, and after letting the car idle ( probably idling for 5 min) the car dies, and when i restart the car, it promptly dies again. i try a third time, it sort of idles, dies, and throws p2109.
P2109 Throttle Angle Sensor Closed Position Error.
My tps at 100% throttle is 99.4% or such. i've been doing some reading, and i've found that it could be a possibility that the CL/OL conditions if they are zeroed can cause the car to become quite confused at low rpm conditions. i've raised my MAF scale about 10% down low after i saw the learning view from the stock maf scaling on my car. could it be a combination of extremeish maf scaling, FMIC and OL/CL conditions? has anyone seen this happen before where the car randomly dies? sometimes the car runs great, and was running great for a couple days, then one day, BAM CEL. then it runs fine, idles fine for a while more, then bam, stall.
I've also been reading and some people say that because my TPS does not hit 100% or above on full throttle (it hits 99.4) that i need to recalibrate my TPS for it to work properly. my thinking is this is a possibility, especially because the calibration down low has such an impact on idle performance, a few degrees makes a difference, esp on an idle challenged car.. like mine lol.
any ideas? i can try to dig up some logs of the car stalling out.
*updated with 2 logs of stall out* romraider logger was on my power logging setting, it wasnt focused on the idle stuff like direct throttle position but i saw it happening and i just hit the defroster.

i have seen this before on a car and couldn't figure out a way of tuning it out. He had said it had something to do with his intake not having a bend in it. It was a rotated turbo and air goes straight through to the turbo. I am not sure one way or the other. He had heard putting a elbow in the pipe would fix his problem. I am not sure if this is any help at all. I would be curious to see what the cause of this problem is though. His car had a lot of problems with it so it was hard to pinpoint causes of specific problems. The weird thing is he said after a few days of driving, the car would learn to not stall out. But after a reflash or reset it would do it all the time.

You might just have a TPS on the way out. Try and see what the tps reads when it stalls. Also watch your tps voltage while you slowly open the throttle from closed to open, it should rise smoothly not drop to zero or jump around.

throttle position sensor throttle plate opening angle rpm maf afr
If your car is not DBW, then you can omit the first or second item from the list.
