Thanks. I thought there was something I needed to change in the learning view tool. That makes more sense. Thanks.

Hey guys, Great app. One problem so far. It worked perfect on my 02 WRX. On my 04 FXT, the rpm and load labels are screwed up. Any ideas?
Thanks again to you developers. You guys are awesome...

Actually, looking at your FXT ROM in IDA, it appears that the SSM read range in more narrow than the other ECUs. That is, it will not allow us to read the data in the flash area (a/f learning airflow ranges, flkc rpm and load ranges) unlike others ECUs (RAM is not a problem which is why there's no issue with the other stuff). This might be an issue with the 04 32-bit ECUs (SH7055).
There's no way I can fix this other than adding the ability for the user to open their ROM file from learning view and applying the ranges based on that file.

Hello everyone, I have a 02 EU WRX. I tested the software that runs well when my Internet connection is active but crashes if the firewall is active or if the Internet connection is cut, any ideas? Thank you for your work Fernand

Thank you for your work Fernand Shouldn't have anything to do with your internet connection. Your firewall is probably blocking access to the COM port. Is the error message "access denied"? Also make sure you are not running any other logging software at the time.

Just an idea pls correct me if im wrong or should not do this
Intentionally set IAM to 12 before flashing to ECU but knowing your car is healthy in previous runs make a couple runs and log and use the LV to see
If the LV all has +1 or close values then its good to go if more than +1 or more than add timing to that area and 0 or less than remove some timing. Basically using the LV to fine tune the timing map
just a thought

Also make sure you are not running any other logging software at the time. When I first started it up, I got asked by McAfee firewall if I wanted to grant it internet access. I don't get those for any other logger/flash program (EcuEdit, Logworks2, RomRaider, etc) AFAIK. Minor hiccup, great tool, thank you very much!

Since the FLKC table is cleared whenever the IAM changes, you should wait until the IAM has settled and you have driven for a period of time. Just remember, it is only part of the picture to look at the FLKC table. Changes to this table are simply one method of knock control (FBKC and changes to the IAM are the others). You should look for consistent patterns, not base your tuning on one snapshot of the FLKC table.
