Q Sometimes when I directly enter a value in some of the tables, either the value doesn’t change or it changes to a value slightly different than the one I entered. Why?
This is a limitation of the Subaru ecu, not the RomRaider software. Some tables have less resolution than others, depending on how the values are stored and the range of values necessary. When you enter a value that cannot be represented exactly by the ecu, Enginuty automatically displays the closest value available that the ecu is able to represent. Sometimes this ends up being slightly greater or slightly less than your intended value and other times the current value is the closest representation of the number you entered. This issue may also be noticed when manually changing and using the increment buttons.
